How to Order / Terms and Conditions
1) Look through our Product List, New Arrivals, In Stock Items.
2) Once you've decided you like something, click on the Order & Inquiry Form. Fill in all the details and Submit Form.
3) Wait for a reply from us to notify you of the availability of the items, the payment details, and also the total cost after postage (if needed).
4) Make payment, via Maybank, (Bank In via atm/counter , Online Bank In)
5) After payment has been made, notify us with details (The amount, time and date of deposit, from which bank it was made) by emailing us: sunimag@gmail.com
6) We would then check and acknowledge your payment, and would then notify you on when the items are ready to be collected or sent.
Terms and Conditions
• Pre-Orders: A deposit of 50% of the item are to be deposited. On arrival of item, the remainder amount must be deposited within 2 days. Failure of which, would result in your deposit being forfeited, and the item will then be sold off.
• Ready Stock: Payment of 100% of the item are to be deposited. Only upon receiving of the deposit, would the item be sent on the NEXT working day. All sales are final, and there is no refund or changing of items. So please be VERY sure before you make an order.
• Deliveries: For Peninsular Malaysia, Poslaju would be used unless stated otherwise by the customer. A delivery time of 2-5 working days is required by Poslaju. 5-7 working days for East Malaysia. All postage fees would be borned by the buyer. Upon sending the items, we will email you a Reference Number for tracking purposes via Pos Malaysia Tracking
• All items sold are non refundable/returnable. We would not be liable for any loss or damages incurred during shipping/courier.
• Discounts: No discounts, unless stated. Price is final.
